Instituted in 1885, the Arab Patrol is a marching unit and the oldest unit in Aleppo. This unit consists of about 21 members. We meet once a month to practice the drills. The Arab Patrol acts as the Color Guard for all Aleppo functions and participates in parades about 10 to 12 times per year.
We raise money for the transportation fund by hosting a disc golf tournament every year, and taking tickets at events at the auditorium.
The Patrol needs volunteers to assist with the colors. Even if you are only able to attend a couple events a year, we need you. Please contact one of the officers for more information.
The regular meeting night is the 1st Thursday of each month. Uniforms are provided by our Quartermaster. Care and cleaning is the responsibility of the member.
