Today’s event was a donation thanks to Dr. Gary Freedman of Marblehead Opticians. Gary is the sponsor each year for our Trouble The Dog Motorcycle Ride. This year, even though we had to cancel our ride, his donation allowed us to order Trouble Dogs and books of Hope at our cost to be distributed to first responders for kids in crisis.
Today, The Kennek Foundation and Dr. Freedman were happy to donate Trouble comfort Dogs and books of Hope to Chief Bob Picariello of Marblehead Police, Chief Jason Gilliland of Marblehead Fire and retired Marblehead firefighter and current Potentate of Aleppo Temple Shrine, Gary Bartlett, for children receiving treatment at Shriners Hospitals for Children.
Each gentleman also happens to be a Shriner!
