There were plenty of drinks (beer) on hand at the Aleppo Brewfest 2018. Twenty-eight vendors from all over New England were on hand with 78 different beers available for all to try.
Your admission into the Brewfest allowed unlimited tasting of all these great beers. German bratwurst and pretzels were offered to all guests and workers alike. Warren Johnson and the Hoffbrau Boys were on hand to play German music and kick-off the Octoberfest season. There were games to play and gifts to be had. Everyone in attendance had a great time.
Thank you very much to the members of the various Units and Clubs who helped to bring this event to Aleppo and the public. Those Units and Clubs were: the Craftsmen, Fire Brigade, Provost Guard, Medical Unit, Minutemen, Hillbillies, Brew Club, Divan, Drifters, and a big thank you to John Maihos and the Stewards. This may not have been Aleppo’s first Brewfest; but, I had never organized one before and I learned a lot. The main thing that I learned is how to make our next Brewfest bigger and better. If you were one of those who attended, you know how much fun the Aleppo Brewfest 2018 was. If you were not there, then plan to attend the next one, September 28, 2019.
