It is amazing how fast the parade season “rolls by!” It seems like only yesterday we were soaking ourselves in sunblock and seeking parking spots for the rigs in the shade! Now as we enter the fall parade season, we get very busy! Coming up we have Roslindale and the Woburn Halloween parades. It has been an exciting season, too, with the addition of a couple of new members. Welcome Kevin Alkins and Andrew Smith! Keep up the good driving, and we’ll take the rookie signs off the back of your rigs! We are always interested in talking to anyone who has an interest to join us! The more, the merrier!

We also have a new rig on the street! Check out the pictures of this one! Thanks to Noble Al Baldwin and his ingenuity, we now have a fully functional dump truck in the fleet! It even has reverse gear!

Our best wishes are offered to Nobles Bob Archibald, Drayton Hanna, Scott Munroe and Wayne Bogar, who are in the midst of recovering from some health issues! Get well quickly; we are missing your help with the parades!

The Mini-Haulers are growing in popularity, and interest in the group has been steadily increasing. If you want to try driving one, get in touch with any of the members, and they can make arrangements for a test drive; but I have to warn you, they can be addictive! One drive and you’ll be hooked!
