The Membership Team is still focused on finding new members, retaining existing new members, and restoring members who have left our fraternity.
Rookie & Master Noble Awards:
Aleppo’s Rookie and Master Noble Awards program was presented at both the Northeast Field Days and the Imperial Membership Seminar to great reviews. Many other Temples are starting programs like these at their own Shrine Centers. The Rookie Award was started to help New Nobles become acquainted with Aleppo. The Master Noble Award was added to help Nobles become even more
involved. Two Nobles will receive their Rookie Noble Award at the January Ceremonial and three Nobles will receive their Rookie Noble Award.
All potential and incoming candidates are assigned a Mentor. The goal is to first help them to join Aleppo. Second, to help them get involved.
You will find these at many of our events such as Aleppo Smoker, Circus, Brewfest, etc. These tables are manned by the Membership Team. Information regarding Aleppo, Shrine, and our Hospitals are
available at the table.
All members who have left our Fraternity are contacted via. mail, e-mail, and or phone to find out why they left, what can we do to help, etc.
Every 3rd Thursday of the month, the Director’s Staff hosts a free “Taco Tuesday.” Stop by, starting at 6:00 pm.
Phil Kumph Heritage Fund:
Thank you to all the Nobles, Units, and Shrine Clubs who donate to the Heritage Fund to help Nobles in financial or health distress. “Nobles helping Nobles”.
An Aleppo Representative at the Blue Lodge to keep all abreast of what is going on at Aleppo and to keep Shrine awareness in the forefront.
Fezzy the Bear:
A new addition to Aleppo. Fezzy is a life size Shrine mascot. He will appear at events and parades throughout the year. If you have an event where you think Fezzy might be appropriate, let the Membership Team know.
If you would like to join the Team, let us know. A listing of team members can be found below. Some of the things that we would like to do but have not started are: In-House Seminars, Public
