Our current membership Team has been in place since 2008; that’s 10 years. Everyone on the team works hard to come up with new ways to improve our membership experience at Aleppo. Obviously adding new Nobles to our roster is our goal; but a very important goal is to provide a great membership experience for our existing Nobles. One way to have a great membership experience is to get involved and make a difference.
On the Membership Team we have an opportunity to do that. After 10 years, what the Membership Team needs now is new ideas, new ways to get things done, and new committee members to generate these ideas.
During the past year we’ve seen new committee members like Chuck Bovaird, Bob Woltag, Mitch Shair, and others introduce new ideas to the team and are making these ideas a reality. We have room on our team for more Nobles. If you want to get involved and make a difference, give me a shout.
We meet on the second Tuesday of each month in the Directors Staff room at 7:00 p.m. Existing sub-committees include: Lodge Ambassador, Recruitment, Rookie & Master Award, Retention, Technology, Mentors, Re-instatement, Heritage Fund, Legacy, and more. If you would like to be a part of these committees or come up with a need for a new committee, you are the Noble we need. Don’t do it tomorrow; call or email me right now. The best time to do something is when you think of it.
